The positive effect of social Networking, particularly social Networking sites (SNSs), on improving the process of learning has been acknowledged by many recent types of research. The relationship between features and characteristics of SNSs and the development of students' social Networking was of interest to past researchers. As social Networking is primarily perceived as intelligent thought and action in both real and virtual environments, there seems to be a need for a qualitative exploration of the influential factors of students' social Networking. The study has been conducted using the case study method to look at the identified factors retrieved from previous research. A semi-structured in-depth interview was used to investigate the viewpoints and experiences of socially proactive and successful students at Iranian universities. Findings explain students' social Networking due to three factors categorized as central, causal, and contextual. The personal learning system has a critical position among the various factors affecting students' social Networking. Therefore, despite the facilitating role of social Networking in promoting the learning process, students' social Networking would be useless without utilizing a personal learning system. We can see a dynamic and interactive cycle of learning and social Networking in the university context. The research has been founded on critical consideration of previously studied factors affecting social Networking that were mainly limited to online technologies according to qualitative exploration. As a result of this research, different learning and social Networking levels regarding diverse meaning, function, and complexity were identified.

The purpose of this article is to provide a model of entrepreneurship network capability. This research is basic in terms of purpose. Qualitative method-systematic review has been used to collect information. This research has identified, collected and analyzed the various dimensions and documentary propositions and the presented propositions about the capability of the entrepreneurial Networking. The statistical population of this research includes all researches in the field of Networking capability that are mentioned in the period "open start (without application date) until the end of January 2021" in Scopus database. The search date in the database is July 31, 2021. In this research, to identify research on network capability, using keywords related to network capability terms in "title" and in the subject area of "business, management and accounting" and the type of document, the limited search for "article" and " Conference Paper ", of which 197 papers were found. In the next stage, by studying the abstract of the above documents and using other indicators, 79 articles remained. Mentioned articles were published between 1997 and 2021. The components and dimensions of network capability in these articles, after the coding process, are classified into three categories: attendance, processes and consequences. Finally, the research proposals was presented.

Networking has become a popular strategy for leaders who view the world in a systematic way, and experts in many fields, including organizational leadership, use network-based solutions to solve or improve complex social problems. The development of network leadership theory in universities will lead to a coherent and systematic relationship between different layers and levels of the university and will prevent island development. This research has designed by using a qualitative approach a network leadership model in the service sector, using the data conceptualization strategy of the Foundation. In this regard, 12 executives of Payame Noor University at different levels were analyzed through semi-structured interviews and interview texts in three stages of open, axial and selective coding. As a result of this analysis, 179 concepts, 17 categories and 8 theories were identified that form the final research model based on the Strauss and Corbin paradigm model. The results of the study show that network leadership as a central category and in interaction with the surrounding network, individual and organizational actions, soft and hard infrastructure and innovation of process and service, causes the excellence of the university network. Due to the main components of network leadership, including the acquisition of knowledge, skills and network attitude, it is recommended to design and develop wellorganized and well-organized programs to create and cultivate these components among university staff, such as holding Educational and operational workshops and scientific conferences should be on the agenda of university administrators and faculty members.

The aim of this paper is to develop the model of international Networking. Based on purpose, this is a basic research. This study used a systematic review method to gather data for identifying, collecting and analyzing the different dimensions and components and the propositions related to international Networking. The statistical population is all the research in the area of international Networking, which covered by the Scopus database in the period of "open start date (not specified the start date) until the end of January 2021". The search date in this database is January 30, 2021. This research used keywords related to international Networking terms in the "Title" and in the subject area of ​, ​, "Business, Management, and Accounting" and document type, limited to "Article" to identify the research on international Networking. This search yielded 112 articles. In the following step, after reviewing the abstract of the above-mentioned articles and, applying other indicators, 47 articles remained. This research coded the components and dimensions of international Networking in these articles, and classified them into three categories of antecedents, processes and consequences, and, finally, identified the gaps of the previous research on the concept of international Networking as well as provided research suggestions for future researchers.
